摘 要:目的建立裕固族常用3种茴香类香辛料的色谱分析方法。方法采用气质联用技术,分别对3种茴香类香辛料,葛缕子(Carum carvi)、莳萝(Anethum graveolens)和小茴香(Foeniculum vulgare)进行定性鉴别。结果所建立的气质联用分析方法分离效果良好,重复性好,专属性强,定性分析结果能够明显区别3种茴香类香辛料异同。结论本文为开发应用裕固族特色民族药用植物资源奠定化学物质基础。OBJECTIVE To establish chromatographic analysis methods for three kinds of anise spice commonly used in Yugu people.METHODS Three kinds of anise spice,Carum carvi,Anethum graveolens and Foeniculum vulgare were identified by GC-MS.RESULTS The established GC-MS method had good separation effect,good reproducibility and strong specificity.Qualitative analysis results could clearly distinguish the differences and similarities of the three kinds of anise spice.CONCLUSION This article lays the foundation of chemical substances for the development and application of the Yugu ethnic medicinal plant resources.
