摘　　要：目的评价情绪表达冲突问卷(Ambivalence over emotional expression questionnaire,AEQ)中文版在乳腺癌患者中的信效度。方法将323例乳腺癌患者分为2部分。第一部分样本量为122例,用于项目分析和探索性因素分析;第二部分样本量为201例,用于验证性因素分析、校标效度分析和信度分析。结果问卷为单维结构,单维模型拟合度较好(χ^2/df=1.01,CFI=0.99,TLI=0.99,NFI=0.86,IFI=0.99,RMSEA=0.02)。修订后的情绪表达冲突问卷总分与多伦多述情障碍量表(Toronto alexithymi ascale,TAS)得分呈显著正相关(r=0.28,P<0.01),问卷的Cronbach α系数为0.86,Spearman-Brown分半信度系数为0.80,重测信度系数为0.79。结论修订后的中文版情绪表达冲突问卷具有良好的信度和效度,可以作为测量和评估乳腺癌患者情绪表达冲突的工具。Objective To examine the validity and reliability of the Chinese version of ambivalence over emotional expression questionnaire(AEQ)in breast cancer survivors.Methods A total of 323 breast cancer survivors were divided into 2 parts: sample 1 contains 122 breast cancer survivors for item and exploratory factor analysis,while sample 2 contains 201 breast cancer survivors for further confirmatory factor analysis,criterion validity,and internal consistency reliability.Results One-factor construct was determined and the results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that one-factor construct AEQ had a good construct validity(χ^2/df=1.01,CFI=0.99,TLI=0.99,NFI=0.86,IFI=0.99,RMSEA=0.02).The AEQ score was correlated with TAS-20(r=0.28,P<0.01).Cronbach α coefficient,Spearman-Brown split coefficient and the test-retest reliability of AEQ were 0.86,0.80 and 0.79,respectively.Conclusion The AEQ is a reliable tool to assess the ambivalence over emotional expression in Chinese breast cancer survivors.
