摘　　要：本文针对园艺植物组织培养课程的教学目标和教学现状,分析目前该课程教学过程中存在的问题,并运用基于问题学习教学法在园艺植物组织培养教学中进行实践研究。结果表明,该教学方法不仅能调动学生的学习积极性,而且能够培养学生的自学能力,提高学生的学习效率和学习成绩。According to the teaching objectives and teaching status of horticultural plant tissue cuhure,the existing problems were analyzed and the PBL teaching method was applied in this course.The results showed that using PBL teaching method could fully arouse the enthusiasm of students and increase students'knowledge improved students self-learning ability and strengthened procedure of teaching.
