贝复舒眼液辅助治疗干眼症的可行性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨干眼症患者选择贝复舒眼液辅助治疗后获得的临床效果。方法 108例干眼症患者,采用数字奇偶法分为对照组和观察组,每组54例。对照组患者采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液加以治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用贝复舒眼液加以治疗。观察对比两组患者的临床治疗效果及治疗前后泪膜破裂时间和基础泪液分泌实验结果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为98.15%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的泪膜破裂时间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的泪膜破裂时间(12.39±0.62)s长于对照组的(7.29±0.53)s,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者基础泪液分泌实验结果对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者基础泪液分泌实验结果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论干眼症患者临床选择玻璃酸钠滴眼液+贝复舒滴眼液进行治疗,能够显著促进病症疗效提高、泪膜破裂时间延长、基础泪液分泌实验结果增加,最终对于干眼症患者病情好转做出保证。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Befushu eye solution in the treatment of patients with dry eye. Methods A total of 108 patients with dry eye were divided by digital parity method into control group and observation group, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops, and the observation group was treated with Befushu eye solution on the basis of the control group. Observation and comparison were made on clinical treatment effect, tear film rupture time and basic tear secretion test results before and after treatment between the two groups. Results The observation group had higher total treatment effective rate as 98.15% than 83.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in tear film rupture time(P >0.05). After treatment, the observation group had longer tear film rupture time as(12.39±0.62) s than(7.29±0.53) s in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in basic tear secretion test results(P >0.05). After treatment, the observation group had better basic tear secretion test results than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Application of sodium hyaluronate eye drops + Befushu eye drops for dry eye patients can significantly improve the efficacy, prolong the tear film rupture time, improve results of basic tear secretion test, and guarantee the improvement of the condition of dry eye patients.
