摘　　要：胰体尾癌侵袭性强,手术切除率低,以往认为肿瘤侵及腹腔干时不可切除。联合腹腔干的胰体尾切除术(DP—CAR)是治疗这种疾病的新手段。近年来,越来越多的文献报道该手术方式,但均为个案报道或小样本回顾性研究。其研究结果根据各医疗中心不同的治疗方案和围术期管理而不同。该手术方式的优势和缺点仍存在争议,本文就DP—CAR的研究进展进行综述。Carcinoma of pancreatic body and tail is a high invasive disease with a low resectability rate.It was once believed that celiac axis infiltration usually contraindicated resection.Distal pancreatectomy with en bloc celiac axis resection (DP-CAR) is described as a new treatment method of this disease.In recent years,more and more literatures have reported this operation,but they were case reports or small sample retrospective study,the results of which differed according to the different treatments and perioperative managements in different centers.The advantages and disadvantages of DP-CAR are still controversial.Research progress of DP-CAR is reviewed in this article.
