咬合重建修复中的相关学问题

摘　　要：随着人们对健康的高度认知以及生活水平的不断提高,临床上要求全口咬合重建患者急剧增加。通过固定义齿或活动义齿等修复方法重新建立患者的咬合状态,完成咬合重建以改善患者由于不良咬合状态导致的、关节、肌肉等口颌系统相关问题。咬合重建过程包括确立正确的颌位、恢复合适的咬合垂直距离以及建立正常的咬合关系。这些过程决定了修复体的功能、美观和长期稳定性以及口颌系统的健康。要求口腔医生具备熟练的临床操作能力及相关知识体系。为更好地解决临床上咬合重建过程中可能出现的与口颌系统健康相关的学问题,文章从颌位、颞下颌关节及牙齿咬合接触特征几个方面进行阐述,以期为临床进行咬合重建提供理论依据。As people’s awareness of health and living standards continue to improve,the need for full mouth rehabilitation has increased dramatically in clinical practice. Occlusal reconstruction is an approach to the effective treatment of stomatognathic system related diseases,which may be caused by undesirable occlusal state. Successful improvement of occlusal relationship through occlusal reconstruction depends on the methods of odontal restoration,such as fixed denture or removable denture. Occlusal reconstruction,including establishing a correct jaw position,restoring the proper occlusal vertical dimension,and establishing the normal occlusal relationship,can determine the function as well as long-term stability of the prosthesis and the health of stomatognathic system. It is necessary for dentists to master a skilled clinical operation ability and relevant knowledge system. Therefore,in order to better solve the occlusion-related problems in occlusal reconstruction,this paper′s focus is to elaborate and review existing knowledge on the mandibular position,temporomandibular joint and occlusal contact of dentition.
