前瞻性护理教育在小儿精准包皮成形术围手术期的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨前瞻性护理教育在小儿精准包皮成形术围手术期的应用效果.方法 选取240例包茎及包皮过长患儿,年龄5 ~14岁,应用内外板分切精准包皮成形术进行治疗,并进行前瞻性护理教育.术后总结手 术过程和出血、感染等并发症情况,评估术后疼痛评分.术后2周后评估治疗效果.结果 所有手术顺利完成,患儿及患儿家属能正确认识包茎及手术,主动配合治疗与护理.术后当日患儿疼痛轻微,术后24 h疼痛评分0~2分,无活动出血.术后2周门诊复查均无切口感染,仅4.17%轻度水肿(10/240),包皮外观满意率97.92%(235/240),仅有3例因家长担心创面分泌物过多导致感染而自行就诊.结论 前瞻护理教育可以促进经内外板分切精准包皮成形术治疗包茎及包皮过长患儿的恢复,有效缓解患儿及家长的焦虑情绪,增加依从性,降低再诊率.Objective To evaluate the application of prospective nursing education in the perioperative period of pediatric precise posthioplasty.Methods A total of 240 children with phimosis and redundant prepuce aging 5 to 14 years old were selected.They underwent internal and external precise posthioplasty,and received prospective nursing education.After surgery,the operation duration and complications such as bleeding and infections were summarized,while postoperative pain scores were evaluated.Two weeks after surgery,the therapeutic effects were evaluated.Results All the operations were successfully finished.The patients and their parents were able to well.understand the diseases and surgery.The postoperative pain was slight and mild,and the pain score was 0 to 2 points after 24 hours,without active bleeding.Two weeks after surgery,the patients showed no incision infection,with mild edema in 4.17% of patients (10/240),and 97.92%(235/240) of appearance satisfaction.There were only 3 patients going to hospital due to con- cerns about excessive secretion in the wound.Conclusions Prospective nursing education can promote the recovery of child patients with phimosis and redundant prepuce after internal and external precise posthioplasty,effectively reduce the anxiety of patients and parents,increase compliance and reduce the re-treatment rate.
