摘　　要：金末士人刘祁在金亡后撰《归潜志》以记其昔日所闻所见所感,内容包含刘祁对古今史事、古今人物、古今士风、金朝制度政策以及金亡原因的分析和评论,具有鲜明的史论特征。总体看来,刘祁的史论具有论点立足现实、论据以儒为本、论证客观公正等三个主要特点。尤其是他对时事的解读在一定程度上反映了金末蒙初时期士人对待历史与现实的思想心态,其所体现出的深邃洞察力至今值得借鉴。Liu Qi, a scholar in the last years of Jin Dynasty,wrote Gui Qianzhi after the death of the Jin Dynasty to record his past experiences and feelings. The contents include Liu Qi’s analysis and comments on the historical events, characters,style of scholars, system and policies of the Jin Dynasty and the causes of the death of the Jin Dynasty. Overall, Liu Qi’s historical review has three main characteristics: the argument is based on reality, the argument is based on Confucianism, and the argument is objective and fair.Especially his interpretation of current affairs reflects to a certain extent the scholars’ mentality towards history and reality in the late Jin and early Mongolian periods, and we can draw lessons from the profound insights of Liu Qi’s historical review.
