结肠淋巴结分组在结肠癌中MDCT改变与病理结果比较的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨多排螺旋CT(MDCT)检查在结肠癌区域淋巴结诊断的意义。方法回顾性分析65例结肠癌患者MDCT影像及病理资料,通过分组研究,评价二者的相关性。结果 MDCT、病理对肠旁组、中间组、中央组≥5mm、 >7mm、 >10mm的淋巴结转移个数和区域淋巴结总数目的检测结果显示二者相关性较好。MDCT、病理对肠旁组、中间组及中央组<5mm的淋巴结转移个数的检测结果显示二者相关性很低。结论 MDCT能较好地检出≥5mm区域淋巴结转移的组数和个数;MDCT评估区域淋巴结分布的数目与病理结果具有良好的相关性,更好为临床提供参考意见。Objective To investigate the significance of MDCT in the diagnosis of regional lymph nodes in colon cancer.Methods The MDCT images and pathological data of 65 patients with colon cancer were retrospectively analyzed.The correlation between the two was evaluated by group study.Results The results of MDCT and pathology in the paraintestinal group,middle group,central group ≥5 mm, > 7 mm, > 10 mm lymph node metastasis and regional lymph node count showed that the correlation was good.MDCT and pathology showed that the correlation between the number of lymph node metastasis of < 5 mm in the para-intestinal group,the middle group and the central group showed that the correlation was low.Conclusion MDCT can detect the number and number of lymph node metastasis in ≥5 mm area;MDCT evaluates regional lymph node.The number of cloths has a good correlation with pathological results,and it is better to provide reference for clinical practice.
