摘 要:通过层层静电自组装技术,将阳离子高聚物壳聚糖(CS)和阴离子高聚物透明质酸(HA)组装到棉织物表面,赋予纤维素纤维抗菌和抗氧化性能。阳离子染料亚甲基蓝和阴离子染料直接紫蓝染色试验结果和Zeta电位测量结果表明,CS和HA通过层层静电自组装技术成功组装到棉织物上;扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱测试(FTIR)以及热力学测定(TG)等方法表征组装后棉织物的性能,发现组装了CS和HA的棉织物表面结晶结构没有改变,且热稳定性得到了提高,最高分解速率温度由340℃上升到360℃;抗菌试验表明,组装棉织物具有抗菌性能,采用2′-联氨-双-3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸(ABTS)为氧化剂测试发现织物具有抗氧化性能。Cationic polymer chitosan (ca)and anionic polymer hyaluronic acid (HA)are assembled onto the surface of cotton fabric by layer-by-layer electrostatic self-assembly technology,which endows cellulose fibers with antimicrobial and antioxidant properties.The dyeing behaviors of Direct Violet and Methlyene Blue and Zeta potential measurements show that CS and HA are successfully assembled onto cotton fabrics by layer-by-layer electrostatic self-assembly technology.The properties of the assembled cotton fabrics are characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR)and thermodynamic measurement (TG).The surface crystalline structure of cotton fabrics with CS and HA has not changed,and the thermal stability has been improved.The highest decomposition rate temperature has risen from 340℃ to 360℃.Antimicrobial tests show that the assembled cotton fabrics have antimicrobial properties.The antioxidant properties of the fabrics have been tested by using 2'-hydrazine-bis-3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid (ABTS)as an oxidant.
