摘　　要：剂量寻找(dose-finding)方法在临床试验第Ⅱ阶段中发挥着重要作用。找到一个适合的剂量寻找方法可以节省大量的时间和资金。在一众临床试验剂量寻找的统计方法中,两步剂量寻找(two-stage dose-finding)方法不仅能够快速得到目标剂量,还能够保证结果的有效性。针对疗效剂量的伞形序约束问题,改进后的两步剂量寻找方法是一种表现良好的方法。Dose-finding of all kinds of methods play important roles in phase II. A good method in dose-finding can save a lot of money, energy, and time. In many methods about dose-finding, two-stage dose-finding recently appeared is a pretty good way. The method can find the dose we want very soon.It also can guarantee a good effectiveness of the results. We have got improvements based on two-stage dose-finding in the paper under the order constraint of umbrella-type.
