护士安全行为与护士长多元领导行为、患者安全文化感知的关系研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨护士安全行为与护士长多元化领导行为、患者安全文化感知的现状并探讨三者之间的关系。方法:采用横断面调查的方法,对安徽省某所三甲医院的532名护士进行调查。采用护士长多元化领导行为量表、患者安全文化感知问卷和护士安全行为量表分别测量护士感知对护士长领导行为方式、对患者的安全感知以及护士安全行为的水平,进行护士安全行为的影响因素及中介效应分析。结果:护士安全行为、患者安全文化感知以及护士长领导行为得分分别为(53. 01±6. 59)分、(84. 64±14. 26)分、(70. 02±24. 44)分;相关分析显示,护士长领导行为、患者安全文化感知与护士安全行为均呈正相关;多元线性回归分析显示,层级、护士长领导行为、患者安全文化感知对护士安全行为有正向预测作用;中介效应分析显示,患者安全文化感知在护士长领导行为与安全行为之间起部分中介作用。结论:护士长的领导行为能够正向预测护士的安全行为,医院管理者可致力于多种干预策略以提高护士对患者的安全文化感知,进而提高护士的安全行为,保障患者的安全,提高护理服务质量。Objective To study the relationship among nurses’ safe behaviors,head nurses’ diversified leading behaviors and patients’ safety culture perception. Method 532 cases of nurses in one general hospital in Anhui Province were surveyed with scales and questionnaires. And the influencing factors and the intermediation effect were analyzed. Results The score of nurses’ safety behaviors,patients’ safety culture perception,and head nurses’ leading behaviors was( 53. 01 ± 6. 59),( 84. 64 ±14. 26),and( 70. 02 ± 24. 44),respectively. Correlation analysis showed that head nurses’ diversified leading behaviors and patients’ safety culture perception were positively correlated with nurses’ safety behaviors. Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that nurses’ level,head nurses’ leading behaviors and patients’ safety culture perception could positively predict nurses’ safety behaviors. The intermediating effect analysis showed that patients’ safety culture perception could play partly mediating role between head-nurses’ leadership behaviors and nurses’ safety behavior. Conclusion Head nurses’ leading behaviors can positively predict the nurses’ safety behaviors. Hospital managers should implement various intervention strategies to improve patients’ safety culture perception,and further improve nurses’ safety behavior.
