六郁汤治疗反流性食管炎临床药效及对血浆TNF-α、IL-6影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨六郁汤联合奥美拉唑对反流性食管炎治疗的效果。方法:90例反流性食管炎患者,采取随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=45),对照组患者给予奥美拉唑治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予患者六郁汤治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后症状评分、血清白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)实验室指标变化情况及不良反应情况。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率为100.00%,显著高于对照组91.11%,P<0.05;治疗前两组患者症状评分及IL-6、TNF-α实验室指标相当,P>0.05,治疗后各组患者症状评分及IL-6、TNF-α实验室指标均改善,观察组优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者药物不良反率(0.00%)低于对照组(8.89%),P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:六郁汤可较好改善反流性食管炎症状,患者恢复好,不良反应少,安全可靠,值得推广使用。Objective:To explore the effect of Liuyu Decoction combined with omeprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods:90 cases of reflux esophagitis patients by a random number table method were divided into observation group(n=45)and the control group(n=45).The control group patients were given omeprazole treatment and the observation group on the basis were givenLiuyu Decoction.We compared two groups' clinical curative effect, symptom scores before and after treatment, serum interleukin 6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-alpha)changes and adverse reactions.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00%, significantly higher than the control group's 91.11%, P<0.05.Two groups' symptom scores, IL-6 and TNF-alpha before treatment, P>0.05.Symptom scores and IL-6 and TNF-alpha were improved after treatment.The observation group'swere better than those of control group, P<0.05.The adverse drug reaction rate(0.00%)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(8.89%), P<0.05, and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Liuyu Decoction can better improve the reflux esophageal inflammation.The patients recover well and the adverse reaction is less.It is safe and reliable,worthy of promoting.
