摘 要:目的:探索中德高级系统式家庭治疗督导师连续培训(简称督导班)的效果,分析讨论起效因素。方法:根据kirkpatrick培训效果4层次培训效果模型(反应、学习、行为、效果)和培训起效因素3分类方法 (学员特征因素、组织因素、培训系统因素)自编督导现状调查问卷、培训效果评价问卷和督导培训带来的改变访谈提纲。选取参加督导班的学员51名,首次培训前填写自编督导现状调查问卷,末次培训结束填写自编督导现状调查问卷和自编培训效果评价问卷。培训结束后1年,选取其中12名学员,使用自编督导培训带来的改变访谈提纲定性访谈。结果:培训后,学员对培训理论、实践、教师、难度、实用性认为满意的人数达到92. 2%~98. 0%;学员自评知识、技能、自信得分及提供督导小时数均较培训前提升(均P <0. 001)。培训结束后1年的深入随访显示,经过督导班培训,12名学员中9名学员在学术活动的参与度,督导实践的意愿、效果、频率,心理咨询与治疗实践的工作效率上均有提升和成长。理论与实践相结合侧重实践、恰到好处使用学员资源、充分利用教师资源的授课模式是重要的起效因素。结论:经过本培训,学员对学习过程的满意度和效果、学习后参与实践及实践效果方面显著提升,理论与实践相结合、使用学员资源和教师资源是本培训的起效因素。Objective:To explore the effect and related factors of the Chinese-German Continuous AdvancedSupervision Training Program for Systemic Family Therapy.Methods:All 51 trainees were asked to fill in the Everyday supervision Questionnaire at the beginning and the Everyday supervision Questionnaire,Effect of the training Questionnaire at the end of the training.Twelve trainees were deeply interviewed by an interview outline on "What changes happened after the supervision training one year after the end of the training".The questionnaires and interview outline were designed according to Kirkpatrick 4-level model on effect of training and 3-factor method on related factor of training,Kirkpatrick 4-level model included reaction,learning,behavior and result level.Three-factor method on impact factor of training included characteristics of trainee factor,organization factor and the training system factor.Results:The reaction of student level,92.2%-98.0% trainees felt satisfied about the theory,practice,teacher and difficulty of the training.The learning level,the average yearly hours of supervisions increased significantly(Ps<0.001).The behavior and result level,one year after training,9 out of 12 trainees who were interviewed were more active in academic meetings,more willing and confident in supervision practice,more effective in psychotherapy work and they also improved a lot in other fields.About the related factors of the effect of training,the results indicated that combination of theory and practice,fully evoking of resources of trainees and adequately use of resources of teachers were three key special features of this training.All above features showed this training focused on characteristics of trainees,were well organized,and had well designed training system.All these were important related factors of the effect of the training.Conclusion:The trainees have gained significant improvement not only on satisfaction and effect of learning process but also attendance and efficacy of practice after training.The effect
