国有企业改革、社会浮躁心态与国民幸福

摘　　要：基于中国综合社会调查以及省际国有工业企业数据,以社会浮躁心态为契入点,立足于国有企业所有制结构、资本支出、绩效提升维度,实证探讨社会浮躁心态影响下的中国国有企业改革与国民幸福之间的关系。研究发现:国有企业改革通过经济增长、社会责任承担显著增强了地区民众的主观幸福感。在中国目前的社会环境中,浮躁心态的激励进取效应超过浮夸焦躁效应,在国有企业改革与国民幸福的关系中发挥了显著的提升效应。在社会浮躁心态越严重的地区,国有企业改革对国民幸福的积极影响越凸显,表征出浮躁心态激发的进取心对国企改革成效的推动效应。然而,浮躁心态的积极影响并非国民幸福提升的良性途径。随着中国经济结构的优化升级和民生工程的理性建设,浮躁心态对国民幸福的正向推动效应或趋于减弱。研究结论支持国有企业改革对国民幸福的积极影响,印证了国有企业在保障人民共同利益中所发挥的重要作用。但深化阶段的国有企业改革仍须密切关注社会浮躁心态的变化趋势,切实承担起国有企业在中国梦实现进程中的重大使命。Based on Chinese General Social Survey and data of provincial state-ow ned industrial enterprises,in view of social impetuous mentality,this paper empirically investigates the relationship among the reform of state-ow ned enterprises,social impetuous mentality and national sense of happiness from the perspective of ow nership structure,capital expenditure and performance improvement. The results show that state-ow ned enterprises reform significantly enhances the public's subjective sense of happiness through economic development and social responsibility. Under the present circumstances,the positive effects of impetuous mentality are stronger than its' negative ones,show ing the positive effects on the relationship betw een the reform of state-ow ned enterprises and national sense of happiness. When social impetuous mentality is more severe,the positive effects of the reform on national sense of happiness are more prominent,w hich registers as the promoting effects of motivation stimulated by the impetuous mentality on the results of state-ow ned enterprises reform. This process,how ever,is not a benign pathw ay to enhance national sense of happiness. With the optimization and upgrading of the economic structure and rational construction of livelihood projects in China,the positive effects of impetuous mentality may decrease. The paper supports the positive effects of the state-ow ned enterprises reform on the sense of happiness,w hich verifying the important roles of state-ow ned enterprises in safeguarding the common interests of the people. How ever,it is necessary to pay close attention to the variation trends of social impetuous mentality in order to deepen state-ow ned enterprises reform and effectively assume the state-ow ned enterprises undertaking the important mission during the process of the realization of Chinese Dream.
