研究生培养与教育管理的现状分析与思考——以海南医学院药学专业为例

摘　　要：研究生教育在我国的教育体系中属于最高层次的教育体系。随着我国进入高等教育大众化阶段,研究生队伍逐渐扩大,学位与研究生教育的教学和管理模式已经开始进入多元化的发展阶段,给高校学位与研究生的教育管理体制带来了一定的问题和挑战。本文以海南医学院药学专业为例,分析研究生培养与教育管理的现状,并讨论了如何落实好高校研究生的教育管理工作,从而提升管理水平并保障培养质量。The education system of postgraduate education in our country belongs to the highest level of education system. As China enters the stage of higher education popularization, the graduate team is gradually expanding, and the teaching and management mode of degree and postgraduate education are beginning to enter the diversified development stage, which brings certain problems and challenges to the education management system of degree and postgraduate. Taking the pharmaceutical major of Hainan medical university as an example, this paper analyzes the status quo of postgraduate training and education management, and discusses how to implement education management of postgraduate students, so as to improve the management level and guarantee the training quality.
