低温等离子射频消融术治疗老年喉癌术后喉狭窄的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析低温等离子射频消融术治疗老年喉癌术后喉狭窄的临床效果。方法选取自2005年10月～2018年10月本院收治的老年喉癌术后喉狭窄患者60例,以随机化原则分组,分对照组(30例,采纳激光治疗)、研究组(30例,采纳低温等离子射频消融术治疗),比较治疗效果、出血量、VAS评分。结果研究组临床总有效率显著较对照组高,研究组出血量及VAS评分与对照组比较显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论低温等离子射频消融术可有效改善老年喉癌术后喉狭窄患者呼吸困难、声音嘶哑等症状,减少出血量,减轻疼痛感,效果显著。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation for laryngeal stenosis in elderly patients with laryngeal cancer after operation. Methods From October 2005 to October 2018,60 elderly patients with laryngeal stenosis after laryngeal cancer surgery were selected and divided into control group( 30 cases received laser therapy) and research group( 30 cases received low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation)according to the principle of randomization. The therapeutic effect,bleeding volume and VAS evaluation were compared. Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The bleeding volume and VAS score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation can effectively improve the symptoms of dyspnea and hoarseness in elderly patients with laryngeal stenosis after laryngeal cancer surgery,and reduce the amount of bleeding and relieve pain.
