摘　　要：目的分析22家北京市属医院(以下简称市属医院)的学科水平现状,为促进市属医院的发展提供参考依据。方法收集复旦大学医院管理研究所以及中国医学科学院信息研究所对全国三级医院进行排名的数据,应用Excel 2010统计分析22家市属医院综合及专科排名变化情况。结果 2014-2016年市属22家医院综合排名中,19家医院排名较稳定,专科排名中,神经外科、小儿外科和骨科稳居首位,呼吸科和传染科排名有后退。多数市属医院综合及专科排名落后于北大、军队、协和系统医院。结论市属医院特点是"专科特色突出",近年来大部分市属医院排名基本保持稳定,但部分医院综合和专科排名有下降趋势。在公立医院改革不断深化和首都功能定位调整的背景下,市属医院需要不断加强学科建设,确保优势学科的发展,促进弱势学科的提升。Objective To analyze the current status of the disciplines in 22 municipal hospitals in Beijing and provide reference for promoting the development of hospitals in Beijing. Methods The data of the rankings of the national tertiary hospitals were collected from the Institute of Hospital Management of Fudan University and the Information Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. Excel 2010 was used to analyze the changes of the comprehensive and specialist rankings of 22 municipal hospitals in Beijing. Results In the comprehensive ranking of 22 municipal hospitals from 2014 to 2016, 19 hospitals ranked stably, and 3 hospitals ranked backward. Among the specialist rankings, neurosurgery, pediatric surgery and orthopedics ranked first, the rankings of respiratory and infectious diseases had a tendency to retreat;most municipal hospitals and specialists ranked behind those in the system of Peking University, the Army, and the Concord. Conclusions The municipal hospitals in Beijing are characterized by specialties. In recent years,most municipal hospitals rank basically stable, but some hospitals have a declining trend in overall rankings and specialist rankings. With public hospital reforms deepening continuously and the functional orientation of the capital adjusting, Beijing municipal hospitals need to continuously strengthen discipline construction, ensure the development of superior disciplines and promote the improvement of disadvantaged disciplines.
