摘 要:基于单神经元自适应PID控制算法设计了一种注射机料筒温度自动控制系统。介绍了注射机的工作原理以及注射机料筒温度控制;另外,详细阐述了单神经元PID控制算法的基本原理,并利用模糊集理论对神经网络PID中比例、积分以及微分等参数的学习速率进行调整。通过仿真可知,该控制策略相比于传统PID控制超调量更小,具有较强的抗干扰能力,系统能够以较快的速度实现料筒温度控制,且温控精度明显高于传统PID控制。An automatic control system of the barrel temperature of injection molding machine is designed based on the single neuron adaptive PID control algorithm. The working principle and the barrel temperature control of the injection molding machine are introduced. The basic principle of the single neuron PID control algorithm is introduced in detail. The parameters in the neural network PID, such as proportion, integral and differentiation, are adjusted by using the theory of fuzzy set. The simulation results show that the control strategy has smaller overshoot and stronger anti-interference ability than the traditional PID control. The system can realize the barrel temperature control at a faster speed, and the temperature control accuracy is obviously higher than that of the traditional PID control.
