基于《针灸大成》的曲池穴穴位本意及临床应用探微

摘　　要：[目的]系统整理《针灸大成》中关于曲池穴的记载,总结其穴意及相关的临床应用规律。[方法]应用中医文献学的研究方法,对《针灸大成》中有关曲池穴的记载进行整理,从曲池穴的定位、穴性、刺灸法、临床应用四个方面分别探讨分析,进行归纳总结。[结果]曲池穴位于肘外辅骨,屈肘横纹头陷中;穴性为手阳明大肠经合穴,主逆气而泻;可针可灸,也可针、灸配合;临床应用广泛,可疏通经络治疗局部肢体经络病及循经所过之头面五官病,清热解表治疗内外热病,调和气血治疗皮肤病、妇科病、浮肿、癫狂等多种疾病。[结论]《针灸大成》较为详细地记载了曲池穴所处的位置、归经、穴性等,这些特点与其临床应用关系密切,有助于对曲池穴的穴位本意有更深入的了解,也对临床应用有参考作用。[Objective] Conclude the original intention and clinical application of Quchi Acupoint(LI11) by systematicly studying of Zhenjiu Dacheng.[Methods] We use the TCM of philology research method and sort out the records of Quchi Acupoints(LI 11) in Zhenjiu Dacheng. Analysis from the aspects of location, acupoint characters,needling and moxibustion, the clinical application. After that, we make a summary. [Results] The location of Quchi Acupoint(LI11) is at the lateral end of the transverse cubital rease. Acupoint characters are related to the He-sea point of the large intestine meridian,which dominates the counter flow of Qi and diarrhea. Needling or moxibustion or combinated using are all fine. It can treat the meridian diseases and the diseases of head and face by dredging the channels. It can treat the diseases of heat by clearing heat and relieving exterior. It can also treat the skin disease, the diseases of gynecology, edema, the disease of minds, etc. [Conclusion] The location, meridian and characters of Quchi Acupoint(LI11)are detailed in Zhenjiu Dacheng, which are closely related to its clinical applications. The deep understanding of the original intention may have reference value for the clinic.
