摘　　要：目前6000系铝合金广泛应用于轨道交通车辆车体制造。与6000系铝合金相比,7000系铝合金具有更优异的力学性能,在高速、轻量化、绿色节能、高舒适性轨道交通车辆制造方面应用潜力巨大。文章阐述7000系铝合金的力学性能、焊接性能及其在轨道交通车辆车体制造方面的应用,可为7000系铝合金车体的研究、设计和生产提供参考。At present, 6000 series aluminum alloys are widely used for manufacturing the car body of rail transit vehicle. Compared with 6000 series aluminum alloy, 7000 series aluminum alloy shows even better mechanical properties and thus great potential in the manufacturing of high speed, lightweight, energy saving and high comfort rail transit vehicle. In this paper, the mechanical properties, welding performance and the application of 7000 series aluminum alloy in the manufacturing of rail transit vehicle car body are discussed, that will provide references for the research, design and production of car body with 7000 series aluminum alloys.
