摘　　要：学术论文评价中,不同学科间存在的差异一直是困扰科研机构进行论文质量评价的问题。探讨如何针对不同学科的学术期刊建立一种兼顾科学性与实操性的评价方法,以中科院对学术论文按美国《科学引文索引》(SCI)期刊分区为基础,通过最高系数、基准系数调整计算P值,减小因学科分布不均导致的评价差异,建立一种科学的评价方法。该方法可以纠正不同学科的学术期刊间影响因子的差异,为科学公平地评价不同期刊、反映科研成果的价值提供参考。In the evaluation of academic papers, the differences between different disciplines have always been a problem puzzling scientific research institutions to evaluate the quality of Academic papers. This paper discusses how to establish an evaluation method for academic journals of different disciplines, which takes both scientific and practical characteristics into account. Based on the division of journal of the Chinese Academy of Sciences according to the American Science Citation Index(SCI), a scientific evaluation method is established by adjusting and calculating the Pvalue by the highest coefficient and the benchmark coefficient to reduce the evaluation difference caused by the uneven distribution of the subject. This method can correct the difference of influencing factors among academic journals of different disciplines, and provides a reference for evaluating different journals scientifically and equitably and reflecting the value of scientific research results.
