摘　　要：培养并提高大学生的科技风险防范意识与管理能力,从而有效控制与化解科技风险,是应对风险社会变化发展的客观要求,也是当前我国高等教育人才培养的重要内容。实践表明,英国商业与技术教育委员会(BTEC)培养模式以现代科技风险为宏观背景,凸显科技风险的全球性、内生性、长期性的特点,是培育提高大学生科技风险防范意识与管理能力的有效途径。基于中国情境,从科技风险防范管理教学、科技道德伦理观教育、校园科技文化建设、BTEC模式的创新运用等方面,探讨BTEC教育模式在我国高校科技风险防范管理教育中的运用与创新。To cultivate and improve the awareness and management ability of scientific and technological risk prevention of college students, so as to effectively control and resolve the scientific and technological risks, is an objective requirement to cope with the changes and development of the risk society, and is also an important content of the cultivation of talents in higher education in our country at present. Practice shows that Business & Technology Education Council(BTEC) training model takes the modern scientific and technological risk as the macro background, and highlights the global, endogenous and long-term characteristics of the scientific and technological risk, it is an effective way to improve the awareness and management ability of scientific and technological risk prevention of college students. Based on the situation of China, this paper discusses the teaching of scientific and technological risk prevention and management, the education of scientific and technological morality and ethics, the construction of campus science and technology culture, the innovation and application of BTEC model, and so on, probes into the application and innovation of BTEC education mode in the management of scientific and technological risk prevention in colleges and universities in China.
