补气运脾汤治疗对脾胃虚弱型慢性胃炎患者中医证候积分、幽门螺杆菌转阴及不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补气运脾汤治疗对脾胃虚弱型慢性胃炎患者中医证候积分、幽门螺杆菌转阴及不良反应的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将76例慢性胃炎患者分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予补气运脾汤治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后中医症状及不良反应,检测两组患者治疗前后幽门螺杆菌感染情况,判定两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率为94. 74%,显著高于对照组;两组患者治疗后各中医症候积分降低,观察组患者中医症候显著优于对照组(P<0. 05);观察组患者幽门螺杆菌转阴率显著高于对照组(P<0. 05);观察组不良反应发生率为2. 63%,显著低于对照组(P<0. 05)。结论:补气运脾汤能显著改善慢性胃炎患者中医症状,相比于传统西药治疗,补气运脾汤治疗效果更好、安全性更高。Objective:To explore the effect of Buqi Yunpi Decoction on TCM syndrome scores,negative conversion of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) and adverse reactions for patients with chronic gastritis of spleen-stomach deficiency.Methods:76 patients with chronic gastritis were randomly divided into controlled group and observation group by random number table method.The controlled group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Buqi Yunpi Decoction.TCM symptoms and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed before and after treatment.The situation of Hp infection in the two groups was detected before and after treatment,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group.The TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased after treatment,and TCM symptoms in the observation group were significantly better than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).The negative conversion rate of Hp in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buqi Yunpi Decoction can significantly improve TCM symptoms of chronic gastritis.Compared with conventional western medicine,the curative effect and safety of Buqi Yunpi Decoction are better.
