摘 要:针对煤层气钻机车转场作业中,仅使用行车制动器易导致其行驶能力过快降低,且常规的轮毂淋水降温法,只能延缓制动器制动力热衰退,不能减少制动器频繁使用,影响作业效率和安全运输的现状,通过分析发动机制动的低速特性和液力缓速器的高速特性,结合试验对比,提出了钻机车稳定下坡度和速度控制的理论关系,提出了钻机车速控制方法,经场地路试和实际使用验证,该方法能够有效提高钻机车安全下长坡的能力。According to the status that in relocation operation of the coalbed methane drilling rig,the applied brakes on the running rig would easily cause a too rapidly reduced driving capacity.The conventional hub water cooling method could only delay the braking dynamic thermal decay of the brake and could not reduce the frequent application of the brake,and would be affected to the operation efficiency and the safety transportation.With the analysis on the low speed characteristics of the engine braking and the high speed characteristics of the hydraulic retarder,in combination with the test comparisons,a theoretical relationship between the stable downslope and speed control of the drilling rig was provided.The speed control method of coalbed methane rig was proposed,the road test and actual application approved that the method could effectively improve the ability of the rig to safely carry out long slopes.
