摘 要:目的:探讨维药买朱尼对犬种植体周围龈沟液中Ⅱ型胶原酶(typeⅡcollagen,COL-Ⅱ)、基质金属蛋白酶-13(matrix metalloprotease-13,MMP-13)的表达以及牙周指数变化的影响,为临床治疗种植体周围炎提供新的治疗方法。方法:选择9只健康雄性比格犬建立比格犬种植体周围炎动物模型,建模成功后,随机分为3组:买朱尼组、抗生素组及对照组,每组3只。抗生素组喂服抗生素(阿莫西林胶囊和甲硝唑片),买朱尼组根据动物体质量灌服买朱尼,对照组灌服等量生理盐水,3组犬均给予上述干预措施1个月。并于即刻种植术后、诱导炎症后1个月、药物治疗后1个月监测种植体的改良菌斑指数(modified plaque index,mPLI)、改良龈沟出血指数(modified sulcus bleeding index,mSBI)、探诊深度(probing depth,PD)、种植体龈沟液(peri-implant crevicular fluid,PICF)的量等牙周指标及COL-Ⅱ、MMP-13的变化情况,进一步分析买朱尼对种植体周围炎的疗效。结果:与对照组相比,给予干预治疗后,抗生素组和买朱尼组mSBI、mPLI、PD、PICF、COL-Ⅱ、MMP-13等指标均明显改善(P<0.01),但抗生素组和买朱尼组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:维药买朱尼对犬种植体周围龈沟液中COL-Ⅱ、MMP-13有抑制作用,此药治疗种植体周围炎效果较好。Objective:To explore the effect of Uygur medicine Maizhuni on typeⅡcollagen(COL-Ⅱ)and matrix metalloprotease-13(MMP-13)in peri-implantitis crevicular fluid and periodontal index,to provides a new clinical treatment for peri-implantitis.Methods:Nine healthy male beagle dogs were selected to establish an animal model of per-implantitis,after successful modeling,these dogs were randomly divided into three groups:Maizhuni group,antibiotics group,control group,3dogs in each group.Maizhuni group was given Maizhuni according to the body weight of animals,the control group was given the same dose of normal saline,the antibiotic group was given Amoxicillin capsules and M-etronidazole tablets,they were all fed for 4 weeks.The parameter change of modified plaque index(mPLI),modified sulcus bleeding index(mSBI),probing depth(PD),peri-implant crevicular fluid(PICF),COL-Ⅱ,MMP-13 were analyzed at immediate implantion,1 month after the induction of inflammation,1month after medication to determine whether the Maizhuni had effect on periimplantitis.Results:compared with control group,the mPLI,mSBI,PD,PICF,COL-Ⅱ,MMP-13 in Maizhuni group and antibiotic group were significantly better changed(P<0.01),but there were no statistic dofference in the all index between the Maizhuni group and antibiotic group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Maizhuni has inhibitory effect on COL-Ⅱand MMP-13,it is effective in treatment of peri-implantitis.
