摘　　要：临床药师通过对1例胆管癌术后合并感染的病例进行分析和药学监护,探讨临床药师在临床治疗中发挥的作用。临床药师根据患者病情变化情况、细菌耐药特点及抗感染药物的作用特点,通过对该病例抗感染方案的选择、用法用量及不良反应的监护,提高患者用药的有效性和安全性,最终患者的感染症状得到有效控制,未发生明显不良反应。We explored the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment postoperative infection of cholangiocarcinoma by analyzing the pharmaceutical care provided according to the patient condition, characteristics of bacterial resistance and feature of anti-infection drugs. Clinical pharmacists adjusted the patient medication through the proper anti-infection scheme, usage, dosage and adverse reaction monitoring. Finally, the infection symptoms of the patient were effectively controlled without obvious adverse reactions.
