摘 要:目的评价牙槽嵴劈开术在口腔种植骨量不足中的临床应用价值。方法对在我院就诊的20例缺牙区牙槽嵴高度大于10mm,牙槽嵴顶厚度在3-4mm之间的患者,行牙槽嵴劈开同期种植体植入术。共植入Ankylos种植体25枚,牙槽嵴劈开术同期种植体植入后,种植体周围骨间隙及唇侧骨板表面植入骨粉盖胶原膜。术后5个月行二期手术,二期术后3周完成取模及上部结构修复。结果 20例患者术后牙槽骨厚度均明显增宽,软组织愈合良好,3例患者术后拆线时牙龈轻微红肿,经对症处理后恢复正常。术后定期复诊,种植体均无脱落,X线片均无见明显骨吸收。结论牙槽嵴劈开术对于牙槽嵴厚度在3-4mm的病例,是一种有效的可预期骨增量方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of alveolar ridge splitting in oral implant which alveolar bone is deficient.Methods 20 cases of alveolar ridge with the height of 10 mm and the thickness of the alveolar ridge between3-4mm.A total of 25 Ankylos implants were implanted.After alveolar ridge splitting and implant placement at the same time,the bone gaps between the implants and the labial sides were repaired with bone graft and collagen membrane.The second stage surgery was performed 5months after implant operation,and the upper structure was repaired3 weeks after the second surgery.Results the thickness of alveolar bone was significantly widened and the soft tissue healed well in 20 patients.Except for 3patients,the gums were slightly swollen.After revisit,none of the implants fail,and no obvious bone resorption was observed in X-ray films.Conclusion alveolar ridge splitting is an effective method for bone augmentation in cases with alveolar ridge thickness of 3-4mm.
