康复期抑郁症患者自我管理水平与自我效能和积极度的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析康复期抑郁症患者自我管理水平与自我效能和积极度的相关性。方法选取2015年3月——2017年5月我院收治的125例康复期抑郁症患者为调查对象。运用一般资料调查表,抑郁症患者自我管理水平问卷,自我效能量表,患者积极度量表调查患者自我管理水平、自我效能以及积极度,并分析其相关性。结果抑郁症康复期患者自我管理水平总分(79.29±26.42)分,自我效能得分(6.52±1.75)分,积极度得分(54.62±11.81)分;教育程度、工作状况、婚姻状况以及年龄是抑郁症康复期患者自我管理水平的影响因素(F=26.86,P<0.001;t=4.163,P<0.001;t=2.871,P=0.004;F=35.16,P<0.001);康复期抑郁症患者自我管理水平与自我效能呈正相关(r=0.732,P<0.001);与积极度呈正相关(r=0.624,P<0.001)。结论抑郁症康复期患者其自我管理水平相对较低,自我管理水平与患者的自我效能以及积极度之间存在密切关系,临床可通过提高患者的自我效能以及积极度来提高患者的自我管理水平。Objective To analyze the correlation between self-management level and self-efficacy and positivity of patients with depression in convalescent period.Methods One hundred and twenty-five patients with depression in convalescent period admitted to Panzhihua 3rd People′s Hospital from March 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the subjects of investigation.The general information questionnaire,self-management level questionnaire,self-efficacy scale and positive measure scale were used to investigate the self-management level,self-efficacy and positivity of patients with depression,and their correlation was analyzed.Results The total score of self-management level of patients with depression in convalescent period was(79.29±26.42),the score of self-efficacy was(6.52±1.75),and the score of motivation was(54.62±11.81).The factors of selfmanagement level of patients with depression in convalescent period were education level,work status,marital status and age(F=26.86,P<0.001;t=4.163,P<0.001;t=2.871,P=0.004;F=35.16,P<0.001).There was a positive correlation between self-management level and self-efficacy(r=0.732,P<0.001)and positive correlation between self-management level and self-efficacy(r=0.624,P<0.001).Conclusion The self-management level of patients with depression in convalescent period is relatively low.There is a close relationship between self-management level and patients′self-efficacy and enthusiasm.Clinically,patients′self-management level can be improved by improving patients′self-efficacy and enthusiasm.
