金黄散外用治疗恶性肿瘤体表破溃创面的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察金黄散治疗恶性肿瘤体表溃破创面的疗效,为中医肿瘤外治提供临床依据。方法:将60例恶性肿瘤体表破溃创面的患者随机分为两组,实验中两组各脱落1例,实际观察病例58例,对照组(29例)单纯清创消毒,治疗组(29例)在清创消毒的基础上外敷金黄散,隔日换药一次,疗程2周,观察治疗前后患者破溃创面、疼痛评分、生活质量评分变化。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组治疗后破溃创面明显缩小,疼痛评分较低,生活质量评分较高,临床有效率较高(P<0.05)。治疗过程中两组均未见不良反应发生。结论:金黄散能促进患者破溃创面愈合,减轻患者疼痛,改善生活质量,临床疗效显著,安全性高,值得推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Jinhuag Powder external treatment on malignant body surface tumor rupture,and provide clinical evidence for tumor external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Sixty patients of malignant body surface tumor rupture were randomly divided into two groups.Dropouts were 2 cases during the trial and 58 cases were left.The control group accepted debridement disinfection and the treatment group accepted Jinhuag Powder external treatment on the basis of debridement disinfection.Change dressing alternate days,and both were treated for 2 weeks.The changes of size on malignant body surface tumor rupture,Numeric Rating Scales(NRS) and the Quality Of Life(QOL) were observed before and after treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,treatment group’s size on malignant body surface tumor rupture was significantly smaller,NRS was lower,QOL was higher and clinical efficacy rate was higher after treatment(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment courses.Conclusion:Jinhuag Powder can promote the healing of malignant body surface tumor rupture,reduce the patients pain and improve the quality of life.It has safe prominent effect and is worth to be generalized in clinical treatment.
