摘  要:目的:对未来社区卫生服务中医传承工作的开展提出建议,探索一套符合基层社区卫生服务的中医传承机制。方法:对北京市朝阳区中医药学术继承工程进行回顾性分析。结果:朝阳区师承工作成效显著,培养出一批能够满足社区卫生服务需求的中医人才。结论:借鉴朝阳区师承工作经验,完善师承工作可从完善导师选拔机制、多样化师承方式等方面进行努力。Objective: To make suggestion for community health service in the future work, and to explore the inheritance mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in community health services. Methods: The traditional Chinese medicine academic inheritanceen gineering in Beijing Chaoyang district was retrospectively analyzed.Results: The apprentice educationwork of Chaoyang District which cultivates a group of people who is able to meet the demand of community health services, has a lot achievements. Conclusion: As the experience of apprentice education in Chaoyang District concerned, apprentice education could be improved form such aspects:perfect the mentor selection mechanism, variety the way of apprentice education.
