摘　　要：我国城市化进程逐步加速过程中,农民工为城市发展做出了极大的贡献,发挥了无可替代的作用。农民工逐渐在城市立足并创新立业,在金融资源稀缺的社会背景下,如何能够保证农民工这一特殊城市主体依法享有平等的社会地位和创业机会,并公平地参与金融机构创业信贷资金的分配,不仅涉及金融资源配置的效率,更直接影响到我国城市化的进程。In the rapid process of urbanization in China,peasant workers have made huge contribution to the development of cities. They settled down in the cities gradually and started their own business. Under the social background where financial resource is inadequate,how to guarantee this special subject group to enjoy the lawful right protecting their equal social status and business opportunity may not only affect the efficiency of financial resource distribution but also influence the process of urbanization.
