摘　　要：[目的]研究中药消痰通腑颗粒对脓毒症患者胃肠功能障碍的影响。[方法]在对患者进行知情告知前提下,纳入上海长征医院急救科病房2011年3月～2011年12月住院脓毒症患者60例,随机分为消痰通腑颗粒组和大黄组,脱落2例,最终纳入消痰通腑颗粒组29例,大黄组29例,2组患者均接受脓毒症基础治疗,对消痰通腑颗粒组每天口服消痰通腑颗粒免煎剂(不能进食者胃管注入);大黄组给予生大黄粉口服,3g/次,2次/d。脓毒症患者入组后第1、7天胃肠功能障碍评分并记录数据。[结果]消痰通腑颗粒组对脓毒症患者整体胃肠功能障碍临床症状改善及评分结果均有较好疗效,在肠鸣音次数改变和腹胀情况改善较大黄组好,2组患者排便情况比较无明显差异,消痰通腑颗粒较大黄组可显著降低脓毒症患者胃肠功能障碍评分。[结论]消痰通腑颗粒具有明显改善脓毒症患者胃肠功能障碍的作用。[Objective]To study the effect of XiaoTanTongFu Granule on gastrointestinal dysfunction of septic patients.[Methods]Patients were informed in the premise of this study,using a stratified RCT method,screening 60 septic patients from March 2011 to December 2011 in ICU of ShangHai ChangZheng hospital,they were divided into two groups:patients in XiaoTanTongFu Granule group and patients in Chinese rhubarb group.Fall off 2cases during the trial,finally bring into 29 patients in each group,XiaoTanTongFu Granule group take XiaoTanTongFu From Granule per day orally(or give medicine through stomach tube).Chinese rhubarb group provide rhubarb powder,3g each time,Bid;evaluate the grade of gastrointestinal dysfunction score in the first and 7th day according to the scoresheet and record the data.[Results]XiaoTanTongFu Granule can significantly reduce the score of gastrointestinal dysfunction in the septic patients,and can improve the symptoms,especially can improve frequency of bowel souds and abdominal distention.[Conclusion]XiaoTanTongFu Granule anobviously improve gastrointestinal dysfunction in the septic patients.
