摘　　要：周期交替性眼震是临床罕见的自发性眼震,了解其不同类型的发病特点、临床特征及发生机制,有助于提高对该病的认识以及诊断与鉴别诊断水平,对临床医师制定具有针对性的治疗方案大有裨益。Periodic alternating nystagmus(PAN) is a rare, congenital or acquired spontaneousnystagmus. Understanding the characteristics and mechanism of different types of PAN contributes to therecognition of this disease and the level of diagnosis and differential diagnosis, and helps clinicians toformulate targeted treatment.
