摘　　要：目的评价经23G微创切口睫状体光凝联合视网膜光凝术治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床效果。方法前瞻性研究。24例(24眼)新生血管性青光眼,采用经23G微创切口进行睫状体光凝联合广泛视网膜光凝术,术后随访12个月。结果术后末次随访21例(87.50%)眼压均在正常范围,另3例(12.50%)再次行睫状体光凝术后眼压正常。术后各个随访时间点的眼压较术前明显降低,抗青光眼药物种类较术前明显减少,差异均有统计学意义(P=0.000)。手术前后最佳矫正视力比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.491,P=0.684)。并发症主要为前房积血和(或)前房渗出、反应性高眼压,均经药物治疗而得到控制。结论经23G微创切口行睫状体光凝联合视网膜光凝术治疗新生血管性青光眼安全有效。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of cyclophotocoagulation combined with panretinal photocoagulation (PRP)through 23G minimal incision for the treatment of neovascular glaucoma. Methods A prospective study.Twenty-four eyes of 24patients with neovascular glaucoma underwent cyclophotocoagulation combined with PRP through 23G minimal incision.The patients were followed up for 12months.Results The IOP were normal in 21patients at the end of follow-up.Three eyes with intraocular hypertension were controlled after cyclophotocoagulation again.The postoperative IOP and types of anti-glaucoma drugs at all follow-up time point were significantly lower than those preoperatively (all P=0.000).The difference in BCVA was not significant between before and after surgery (χ^2=1.491,P=0.684).The main complications were hyphema,inflammatory reaction and temporary intraocular hypertension,which were controlled after medication.Conclusion Cyclophotocoagulation combined with PRP through 23G minimal incision for the treatment of neovascular glaucoma is effective and safe.
