摘  要:目的观察玻璃体视网膜手术治疗激光后囊切开术后视网膜脱离的效果。方法回顾性病例分析。Nd:YAG激光后囊切开后视网膜脱离30例(30眼),在Resight非接触广角镜系统下进行玻璃体视网膜手术。随访12个月。结果一次手术后视网膜复位27例(90.00%)。未复位的3例中,1例进行了2次硅油填充术,1例进行了3次硅油填充术后视网膜得以复位;另外1例因为严重的PVR导致视网膜复位困难而放弃治疗。最后视网膜复位为29例(96.67%)。视力(Log MAR)术后各时间点与术前比较差异均具有统计学意义(F=2.468,P=0.001)。术后12个月视力最好。结论23 G玻璃体切除术治疗激光后囊切开术后视网膜脱离安全有效。Objective To observe the efficacy of vitreoretinal surgery in the treatment of retinal detachment after laser posterior capsulotomy.Methods A retrospective case-control study.A total of 30 eyes of 30 cases with retinal detachment after laser posterior capsulotomy were enrolled and all cases underwent 23G vitrectomy under non-contact wide angle lens.The follow-up time was 12 months.Results The retina was reattached successfully after once operation in 27eyes (90.00%).The retina failed to be reattached in 3 eyes.Among them 2 eyes received second and third operations respectively to achieve retinal reattachment.The retinal detachment with severe proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR)was untreatable in 1 eye.Finally there were 29 eyes (96.67%)with retinal reattachment.The difference of visual acuity (Log MAR)was significant between before and after operation (F =2.468,P =0.001).The visual acuity was best at 12 months after operation.Conclusion 23G vitrectomy with non-contact wide angle lens for the treatment of retinal detachment after laser posterior capsulotomy is safe and effective.
