白内障术后手术满意度的影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨白内障患者超声乳化术后影响手术满意度的相关因素。方法随机选择2017年6月至2018年6月本院双眼手术的年龄相关性白内障20例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。手术前对患者进行视功能和生存质量问卷调查。患者双眼先后接受晶状体超声乳化手术。手术后3个月,再次进行视功能和生存质量问卷评分及手术满意度调查。结果问卷评分术前为(1 068.90±533.05)分,术后为(2 500±0)分,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。对手术效果满意者17例,占85.00%,对手术效果不满意者3例,占15.00%,与手术满意度相关性最高的因素是患者术后视力是否符合术前期望。结论与白内障手术满意度相关性最高的因素是患者术后视力是否符合术前期望,文化程度,术前的屈光状态,阅读习惯等可能会影响患者的术前期望。Objective To investigate the influence factors of surgical satisfaction after phacoemulsification.Methods The data of 20 cases with age-related cataract from Jun.2017 to Jun.2018 were selected randomly and analyzed retrospectively.Visual function and quality of life (VF-QOL) questionnaire was used for the investigation of cataract patients before cataract surgery.Phacoemulsification were performed on both eyes.Three months after surgery,VF-QOL questionnaire and the satisfactory rate of operation were investigated.Results VF-QOL questionnaire scores before surgery was 1 068.9±533.05, and 2 500±0 after surgery,the difference was significant(P <0.0001 ).The satisfactory of surgery was in 17 cases (85%)and the highest correlation with surgical satisfaction was whether the postoperative visual acuity was in line with preoperative expectations.Conclusion The highest correlation with surgical satisfaction is whether the postoperative visual acuity be in line with preoperative expectations.The level of education,preoperative refraction status and reading habits may affect their preoperative expectations.
