摘　　要：目的探讨Foxo1在肾癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取2015年10月至2017年10月在本院行肾癌部分切除术及肾癌根治性切除术患者的肾癌组织和癌旁正常组织样本71例,采用qPCR、免疫组织化学技术检测Foxo1在肾癌及癌旁组织中的表达情况,并分析肾癌组织中Foxo1的表达与肿瘤的分级、分期和转移之间的关系。结果Foxo1蛋白在癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达明显高于癌组织,差异有统计学意义;而在肾癌组织中,Foxo1蛋白的表达水平与癌组织的临床分期、分化程度以及淋巴结转移有关。结论Foxo1在肾癌组织中明显表达减少和缺失,可能是导致肾癌发病的机制之一,在肾癌发生发展过程中起抑癌作用。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of the Foxo1 protein in renal cell carcinoma tissue. Methods The immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Foxo1 in renal cell carcinoma and adjacent normal tissues of 71 patients with renal cell carcinoma. Also, the relation was analyzed between the expression of Foxo1 and tumor grade, TNM stage and metastasis. Results Foxo1 expression was obviously higher in normal tissue than the tumor tissue. And the expression of Foxo1 was related with tumor grade, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis. Conclusions Foxo1 expression is decreased in renal tumor tissue, maybe this is the mechanism of renal carcinoma. Foxo1 inhibites the development of renal carcinoma.
