摘　　要：通过市场调研发现目前我国谷氨酸钠产能占世界的75%,供给量占全球约60%,是主要的谷氨酸钠生产国和出口国。文章用数据来说明饲料用谷氨酸钠的品质情况,分析结果表明,我国谷氨酸钠品质符合国内外相关标准要求。Through market research,it is found that China's current production capacity of sodium glutamate accounts for 75% of the world's total,and its supply accounts for more than 60% of the world's total.China is one of the major producer and exporter of sodium glutamate.Ten sets of data were used to illustrate the quality of sodium glutamate for feed.The results showed that the quality of sodium glutamate in China met the relevant domestic and international standards.
