摘 要:为隔绝饲用碘酸钙[Ca(IO3)2]在贮存过程中与还原性物质,如维生素C(VC)的反应,以Ca(IO3)2为芯材,海藻酸钠(SA)为壁材,纳米碳酸钙(Nano-CaCO3)为交联钙源,采用改良的内源乳化法制备了碘酸钙/海藻酸钠微胶囊(CISAMC)。利用FTIR、SEM、TG、XRD对其进行了结构表征,同时测定了其在VC水溶液中的稳定性,探讨了CISAMC的形成机制。结果表明,CISAMC呈球形,粒径约为10~40μm,表面有大量Ca(IO3)2晶体。Ca(IO3)2和CISAMC在VC水溶液中VC分解50%用时(t50%)分别为54.8和78.3 min,CISAMC使Ca(IO3)2在饲料中的稳定性得到明显提升。To avoid the reaction of calcium iodate [Ca(IO3)2] with reducing substances,such as vitamin C(VC) during storage in feeds,the microcapsules of calcium iodate(CISAMC) were prepared by improved emulsification/internal gelation with calcium iodate as core material,sodium alginate as wall material and nano-calcium carbonate as cross linker.The microcapsules were characterized by FTIR,SEM,TG and XRD.Its stability in Vc aqueous solution was also systematically measured.The embedding mechanism of CISAMC was proposed according to various analysis results.The results showed that the obtained CISAMC were spherical with a particle size of 10~40 μm and there were a large number of calcium iodate crystals on the surface of CISAMC.The half decomposition ratio time(t50%) of vitamin C by calcium iodate or CISAMC were 54.8 min and 78.3 min,respectively.It was found that CISAMC could significantly improve the stability of Ca(IO3)2 in feeds.
