摘　　要：报告1例左侧颈部Pinkus纤维上皮瘤。患者男,32岁。因左侧颈部丘疹2年就诊。皮肤科检查:左颈部一直径0.5cm球形丘疹,质地适中,无浸润感。皮损组织病理检查:表皮增生,棘层下方大量基底样细胞增生,呈条索状向真皮内延伸,相互交织成网状,细胞核大深染,胞质嗜碱性,无明显异形性。患者的临床表现、组织病理改变均符合Pinkus纤维上皮瘤的特点。将皮损手术切除,目前正在随访中。A case of fibroepithelioma of Pinkus is reported. A 32-year-old man presented with a papule gradually increased in size on the left neck for 2 years. Physical examination showed a spherical papule, sized 0.5 cm in diameter, of moderate texture without infiltration. Histopathologic examination revealed epidermal hyperplasia, hyperplasia of basaloid cells in the lower spinous layers, extending to the dermis in the cord-like form, interlaced to form a network. The basaloid cells were basophilic with dark nuclei, but no heteromorphism. The clinical and pathological features supported the diagnosis of fibroepithelioma of Pinkus. The patient was given surgical excision, and still under follow-up.
