摘　　要：本文在描述我院多学科综合门诊运行特点的基础上,总结护士在多学科综合门诊中的重要作用,包括会诊团队组建的推进者、网络预约的保证者、会诊质量的提升者、会诊资料的管理者、专家团队的参与者,以期为我国多学科综合门诊护士的培养提供借鉴,为护士更好地参与多学科治疗、拓展职业路径、提升专业能力和影响力提供参考。On the basis of describing the operating characteristics of the multidisciplinary comprehensive clinic in our hospital, this article aims to summarize the important role of nurses in multidisciplinary comprehensive clinic, including the impeller for establishment of consultation teams, the guarantors for network appointments, the promoters for consultation quality, the managers for consultation data, and the participants for expert teams, so that it can provide reference for the training of nurses for multidisciplinary comprehensive clinic in China, and provide reference for the participation of nurses in multidisciplinary consultation, the development of career paths, the improvement of professional ability and influence.
