摘　　要：面对电网运行信息系统复杂、信息技术人员培训规模大的问题,提出基于仿真虚拟化技术和培训业务自动化管理技术,利用ITSS服务四要素方法论规划实现创新的软件定义培训模式;并对软件定义培训框架的核心要素进行了描述,结合实际案例,对软件定义培训和ITSS四要素在培训业务支撑过程、支撑技术系统和课件管理的自动化能力等方面的应用进行了分析。Facing the problem of the complex operation information system of power grid and large training scale of information technology personnel,using ITSS PPTR methodology to plan innovative "Software Defined Training" framework which is built on the emulated virtualization and business automation management tech,and describes the core elements of "Software Defined Training"framework ,and combining with practical cases,analyzes the automation power of the support processes,technical system and courseware management in the training business.
