摘　　要：目的探讨清开灵注射液对慢性精神分裂症患者生物学指标及临床疗效的影响。方法将100例慢性精神分裂症患者采用随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。两组均给予抗精神病药物治疗,观察组在此基础上联合清开灵注射液,观察4个疗程。比较治疗前后两组生物学指标变化情况,采用阳性与阴性症状量表评定两组患者精神症状严重程度,副反应量表评定不良反应,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组心电图校正后的Q-T间隙间期显著短于治疗前(P<0.05),且显著短于对照组(P<0.01);血糖、血脂及谷丙转氨酶水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05或0.01),且显著低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。治疗2周末起两组阳性与阴性症状量表总分及各因子评分均较治疗前持续显著降低(P<0.01),观察组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.05或0.01)。观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),肌强直、心动过速及静坐不能发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论清开灵注射液辅助治疗慢性精神分裂症具有增效作用,有助于降低血糖、血脂及谷丙转氨酶水平,降低不良反应发生率,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Qingkailing injection on biological index and clinical efficacy of patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods 100 patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with antipsychotic drugs. On the basis of this,the observation group was combined with Qingkailing injection,patients were observed for 4 courses.The changes of biological indicators in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.The positive and negative symptom scales were used to assess the severity of psychiatric symptoms in the two groups.The side effects scale was used to evaluate the adverse reactions.The clinical efficacy of.the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the Q-T gap was significantly reduced in the observation group (P<0.05),and was significantly shorter than that in the dontrol group (P<0.01).After treatment,the blood glucose and lipid were significantly reduced (P<0.05 or 0.01),and were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05 or 0.01).At the end of the 2nd week of treatment,the total scores of the positive and negative symptom scales and the scores of each {actorwere significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.01),the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group (P<0.05 or 0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of myotonia,tachycardia and akathisia was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Qingkail- ing injection has a synergistic effect in the treatment of chronic schizophrenia,which helps to lower blood sugar,blood Iipids and alanine aminotransferase levels,and reduces the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of popularization and application.
