摘　　要：胶原性结肠炎是显微镜结肠炎的一种亚型,以慢性非血性水样腹泻为主要表现,内镜下结肠黏膜一般正常,活检组织病理可见上皮下胶原带增厚。胶原性结肠炎发病机制尚未明确,可能是遗传、免疫因素共同作用的结果。本文就胶原性结肠炎流行病学、病因学、临床表现、诊断与治疗的研究进展作一综述。Collagenous colitis is a subtype of microscopic colitis,clinically characterized by chronic non-bloody watery diarrhea.The colon mucosa is always showed normal under endoscopy,and pathological biopsy shows subepithelial collagen band thickening.The pathogenesis of collagenous colitis has not yet been fully elucidated.It might be the result of genetic and immune factors.This paper reviews the epidemiology,etiology,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of collagenous colitis.
