摘　　要：基于习近平总书记对共享发展理念内涵与实质的深层阐释,探究了共享发展与企业民主的内在联系,发现共享发展理念与企业民主具有内在统一性,共享发展理念对企业民主建设有很高的理论指导价值。未来在企业改革创新过程中应基于信息、利益、权力建立共享路径,在推动企业民主深入发展的同时,实现发展为了人民、发展依靠人民、发展成果由人民共享的改革目标。Based on the deep interpretation of the connotation and essence of the concept of shared development,General Secretary Xi Jinping explores the internal relationship between shared development and corporate democracy,and finds that the concept of shared development and corporate democracy are inherently unified.The concept of shared development has a high theory of corporate democracy.In the future,in the process of enterprise reform and innovation,we should establish a sharing path based on information,interests and powers,and promote the development of democracy in the enterprise while developing for the people,development depends on the people,and the development results are shared by the people.
