摘 要:建立两个竞争性的制造商与两个竞争性零售商组成的市场,其中,每个零售商同时向两个制造商订货,每个制造商也同时向两个零售商销售产品。通过比较均采用批发价契约与采用两部定价契约的对称模型,以及一个采用批发价契约,一个采用两部定价契约的混合模型,从制造商与零售商同时实现帕累托改进和消费者的角度识别了两部定价契约选择的条件、博弈均衡特征与局限性。同时,分析了不同条件下两部定价契约的设置与竞争供应链契约选择的动态演化过程。This paper proposes supply chain competition models defined by two competing manufacturers selling products to two competing retailers.Both retailers order products from the two manufacturers,and both manufacturer sells the products to the two retailers.Three scenarios,chain to chain competition of wholesale contract,chain to chain competition of two-part tariffs,and chain to chain competition of hybrid contract were presented.By comparing and analyzing the supply chains and their members’ profits,dominant contract was identified which not only achieved manufacturers and retailers’ Pareto improvement,but also benefited consumers.Finally,the design of two-part tariffs and the contract choice evolution equilibrium with different competition levels were revealed.
