摘　　要：介绍了超大倾角下运带式输送机在设计运输煤矸石时应解决的问题,提出在整机适当位置添加辅带装置并选用合理的软起动、软制动方式,以提高物料在运输过程中的稳定性,并在工程实例中得到实施和验证,为超大倾角下运带式输送机的研制提供一定的经验参考。Some problems were introduced that should be solved in designing extreme steeply inclined downward belt conveyor when transporting coal gangue. Adding auxiliary belt device in proper position of whole machine and choosing reasonable soft start and soft braking mode were put forward, in order to improve the stability of the material in the transportation process, and this method has been put into the engineering practice and it made a success, it provided some experience for the design of extreme steeply inclined downward belt conveyor.
