摘 要:设计一种矫正装置的横梁结合件,用于采空塌陷区应急处置中。利用SolidWorks与ANSYS Workbench软件对横梁结合件进行建模与静力学仿真分析,得出其满足强度要求,且总变形小。利用ANSYS Workbench软件对横梁结合件进行模态仿真分析,得出其固有频率与传动系统中电机激振频率相差较大,理论上在额定工况下不会发生共振现象。通过模态测试软件LMS对横梁结合件进行模态试验研究,验证了模态仿真分析结果的正确性。A beam combination of straightening device is designed for emergency disposal of the subsidence area. Solid Works and ANSYS Workbench software were used to establish the geometrical model of the beam combination and analyse the statics simulation of the beam combination. The results showed that the beam combination met the strength requirements and the total deformation of beam combination was small. ANSYS Workbench software was used to simulate modal of the beam combination.It can be seen that the natural frequency of the beam combination and the excitation frequency of the motor of the transmission system differ greatly. Theoretically, the resonance phenomenon of beam combination will not occur. The modal test of beam combination was carried out by LMS modal test software, and the correctness of modal simulation results of beam combination was verified.
