摘  要:以美国68名"年度教师"为研究对象,采用新机会平等主义理论为分析框架,对美国"年度教师"开展课堂教学公平策略的32条一般条目进行分析,以探讨优秀教师的课堂教学公平策略。结果发现:优秀教师主要从尊重学生的学习权利和自由、差别对待不同学生、对"弱势"学生的适当补偿、保证学生的学习结果四个方面,开展公平的课堂教学。据此,对教师使用平等性原则、差别性原则、补偿性原则和发展性原则等策略实现课堂教学公平有所启示,以期有助于完善教师教育与培训。In order to explore excellent teachers’ teaching strategies for equity in classroom, this paper takes 68 American "National Teachers" as research objectives and uses New Opportunity Egalitarian Theory as theoretical framework to analyze 32 specific strategies. The findings are that excellent teachers realize teaching for equity mainly through respecting students’ learning rights and freedom, treating different students differently,compensating disadvantaged students reasonably, and ensuring students’ learning results. Based on these findings, it will be helpful for teachers to use equality rule, difference rule, compensation rule, and development rule to practice equity in classroom. The rules can be used to improve teacher education and training.
